Job Description:
Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies (CWT) is a leading
supplier of building envelope solutions that effectively drive
energy efficiency and sustainability in commercial and residential
applications.
Role Summary:
This position is responsible for driving primary demand for Henry
Building Envelope Systems solutions from the Architects, Engineers,
and Consultants (AEC community) along with subcontractors through
the value chain to project close in order to capture maximum value
for Henry and its customers. This is accomplished by following a
sales process that is project centric beginning in the design phase
and results in a Henry preferential specification.
Additional value is created by providing training sessions for the
AEC community, presenting at technical seminars and technical
support in the selection and specification of our air barrier,
waterproofing and green roofing / amenities deck systems. Recording
and actively tracking opportunities using our CRM and sharing
timely opportunities with other members Sales team will be an
important part of the role.
The ideal candidate will have a building science and construction
background, with a minimum of five years relevant experience in the
industry. Excellent presentation and communication skills and
computer literacy are essential, plus you must be able to interact
within a team environment. Demonstrated experience and
accreditation in an associated discipline, ability to effectively
track projects through the specification and bidding stage, and
ability to read and create construction details will be considered
assets.
