Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Configuration Specialist to
support the delivery of clinically-integrated healthcare software
products.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and customize the product to meet client-specific needs,
focusing on EMR integration and workflow optimization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product
enhancements and improve operational efficiencies
Troubleshoot configuration issues and ensure compliance with
regulatory standards
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in healthcare, information systems, or a related
field (or equivalent work experience)
2-4 years of experience in product operations, configuration, or
related roles in healthcare technology or EMR systems
Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and electronic medical
records (EMRs)
Experience working in cross-functional teams and supporting complex
technical products
Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as HIPAA compliance
is a plus
