Design and Development: Lead the design and development of enterprise-level BI architectures, including data warehouses, data marts, and ETL processes.
Collaboration: Work with data engineers, analysts, and business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Standards & Best Practices: Define data modeling standards and ensure data integrity and consistency across all BI systems.
Performance Optimization: Ensure efficient data processing and retrieval by optimizing BI system performance and scalability.
Tool Evaluation: Stay current with industry trends and evaluate new BI tools and technologies.
Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including data dictionaries, technical specifications, and user guides.
Leadership & Mentorship: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior BI team members.
Data Security & Quality: Implement data security measures and data quality processes to protect sensitive information.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in business intelligence and data warehousing.
Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts (dimensional modeling, ETL, OLAP technologies).
Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
Experience with BI tools and platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
Experience with cloud-based data warehousing and BI solutions (AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse, Google BigQuery).


Additional Skills:

Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience in data modeling and architecture, performance tuning of BI applications, and data integration tools.
