Location: Green Bay, WIShift: 1st ShiftWork model: HybridSchedule: FULLTIME; Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.Job overview: Schneider is seeking a Senior Recruiter in Green Bay to build an ongoing truck driver candidate pipeline by gathering leads through various methods. The Senior Recruiter will handle all responsibilities in the recruiting process - from cold calling a lead to extending a job offer. Responsibilities:

• Use innovative sourcing techniques to find truck driver candidates.
• Review candidates via Schneider's applicant tracking system.
• Interview candidates and sell Schneider's truck driving opportunities.
• Be a subject matter expert for candidates on all things related to driving jobs Schneider has available.
• Ensure candidates are given timely updates concerning the status of their applications and interviews.
• Maintain excellent customer service with candidates. Skills and qualifications:
  • Associate degree in business administration, human resources, sales or related field.
  • 2-4 years of previous recruiting experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
