Description:Shipping Supervisor1st shift$24.00 to $27.00 per
hour based off experienceWe are seeking a highly motivated and
experienced Shipping Supervisor to join our team at our CNC shop.
The Shipping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the
shipping department and ensuring that all products are shipped on
time and in accordance with customer specifications. The ideal
candidate will have a strong background in shipping and logistics,
as well as experience in a manufacturing environment.Shipping
Supervisor Responsibilities:Oversee the shipping department and
ensure that all products are shipped on time and in accordance with
customer specificationsManage and coordinate the shipping schedule
to ensure timely delivery of productsEnsure that all shipping
documentation is accurate and completeWork closely with the
production team to ensure that all products are manufactured to
meet customer specificationsManage and maintain inventory levels to
ensure that all products are available for shippingDevelop and
implement shipping policies and procedures to improve efficiency
and reduce costsEnsure that all shipping equipment is properly
maintained and in good working orderTrain and supervise shipping
department staff to ensure that they are performing their duties
effectively and efficientlyRequirements:3+ years of experience in
shipping and logistics, preferably in a manufacturing
environmentStrong knowledge of shipping procedures and
regulationsExcellent organizational and time management
skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work
well under pressure and meet tight deadlinesProficient in Microsoft
Office and shipping softwareAbility to lift up to 50 poundsWe are
