Location: Green Bay, WIShift: 1st ShiftWork model: On-SiteSchedule: FULLTIME; Monday - Friday 8am - 5pmJob overview: Schneider is seeking a Customer Service Intern in Green Bay to provide support to Schneider's Intermodal division. The Customer Service Intern will be responsible for the successful execution and completion of customer orders. Responsibilities:

• Use a variety of technology and programs to complete tasks.
• Create and accept customer orders.
• Schedule appointments for orders.
• Create documentation throughout the order creation process.
• Work closely with customer service teammates and leaders.
• Solve issues for customers. Internship-specific opportunities:
  • Networking events with Schneider associates.
  • Professional skills trainings led by Schneider leaders.
  • Business resource groups meetings and events.
  • Volunteer activities.
  • After-work social gatherings. Skills and qualifications:
    • Currently enrolled at a college or university.
    • Working toward a technical, associate or bachelor's degree.
    • Able to work full-time over the summer.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent time management skills.
