Town & Country Engineering, Inc. is a well-established consulting engineering firm with over 40 years of experience specializing in Municipal, Water, and Wastewater Engineering Services. We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer/Designer to join our growing team. This is a full-time opportunity available in our Madison or West Bend office. Position Overview As a Senior Electrical Engineer/Designer, you will provide comprehensive electrical design and planning services for water and wastewater projects. You'll collaborate closely with engineers, contractors, manufacturers, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time and meet all code requirements. Your role will encompass: Designing electrical systems including power, lighting, instrumentation, and controls. Researching and specifying equipment based on project needs. Estimating and monitoring project costs throughout all phases. Coordinating design schedules with other disciplines (HVAC, mechanical, process, etc.). Conducting site observations and providing support as required. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in electrical power and/or SCADA design and construction. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD MEP, and Revit. Excellent communication skills, capable of working with clients, contractors, and internal staff. Ability to obtain a Wisconsin PE or Designer of Engineering Systems license within 6 months. Experience in the municipal water and wastewater sector is a plus.
