This full-time position will support multiple properties in the Milwaukee area. The position will have on-call responsibilities for emergencies.This position primary responsibility for:Corrective Maintenance by completing work requestsAssist with apartment make-ready such as painting, cleaning, replace/replace appliances, plumbing/electrical as able, vendor management, drywall repairs, etc.Assist with snow removal as neededPreventative MaintenanceEmergency maintenance Maintain inventory of tools, equipment and suppliesEstablish and maintain good relations with residents, prospective residents, vendors and co-workers.Assist outside contractors when services are requiredPicks up trash on property by assisting others in maintaining cleanliness and safety of the propertyRequirements: List Job A. Education, work experience, licenses and certifications:Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalentExperience: Minimum three (3) years fulltime maintenance experienceLicenses: A valid driver's license and current automobile insurance is required.
