We are 1700 employees united by an inspiration to care for our community. We are seeking a Team Leader for our MRI Team in the Radiology Department.POSITION SUMMARY

• Oversee the technical and compliance measures of all aspects of operations in MRI.
• Assist with scheduling employees in their modality to ensure staffing meets patient volume needs.
• Involved in the hiring process of new staff.
• Oversee technical procedures, patient care and workflow to ensure safe and effective patient care.
• Perform the duties of a MRI Technologist.
• Act as a coach to provide guidance for other staff members and facilitate collaboration with all levels of departmental personnel.
• Participate in rotating weekend on-call rotation 8a-Noon Saturday and Sunday.BASIC KNOWLEDGE
  • Associates Degree preferred or equivalent from an approved Medical Radiographic Program.
  • Has advanced certification on MRI.EXPERIENCE
    • At least 3 years of experience required in appropriate modality.
    • Supervisory skills/experience preferred.
    • Must be able to communicate and interact effectively.SIGN ON BONUS & RELOCATION ELIGIBLE
