Job Description:

A company is looking for an HRIS Workday Learning Specialist to manage and enhance their Workday Learning platform.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and maintain the Workday Learning platform, including compliance campaigns
Create process guides and conduct training sessions for users
Generate and analyze LMS usage reports to evaluate engagement and effectiveness

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources, education, business administration, or a related field
Proven experience with Workday Learning systems
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate insights
Ability to work collaboratively across teams
Experience with e-learning development tools is preferred
