Job Description:

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner II (Contract) who will source and attract top talent in the aerospace and defense industries.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and screen candidates for various positions, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to influence talent decisions using data-driven insights
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems and external resources to build a pipeline of top talent

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
2 - 6 years of relevant work experience, with consideration for equivalent experience in lieu of education
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably WorkDay
Ability to attain and maintain a DoD US Security clearance
Experience with social media recruitment tools and salary negotiation
