Job Description:
A company is looking for a Deputy General Counsel to support its
growth and streamline operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex SaaS commercial transactions and partnerships,
including negotiations and compliance
Provide legal guidance on corporate governance, product innovation,
and industry regulations
Optimize legal department operations and mentor the global legal
team
Required Qualifications
12-15+ years of experience with complex enterprise sales
transactions related to SaaS or software
Strong operational process management and business acumen
Experience managing external law firms and in-house teams
Law degree with excellent academic credentials and a valid license
to practice law
Relevant industry experience in-house or at a recognized law
firm
