Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Software Engineering
to lead the design, development, and delivery of platform
capabilities on ServiceNow.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage engineering teams to build reusable and scalable
ServiceNow platform capabilities
Drive the architecture, design, and development of core features
and frameworks on the ServiceNow platform
Collaborate with product managers and engineering leaders to align
platform solutions with business requirements
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 4 years
in a leadership role
Proven experience with ServiceNow platform development
Expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript, and ServiceNow scripting
(client/server side)
Solid knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
Experience with the application development lifecycle process based
on SCRUM
