HR functions in a fast-growing remote workforce environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of global people strategy
and policies
Partner with leadership on compensation, compliance, and workforce
planning
Oversee HR systems and processes, utilizing metrics to assess
performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
12+ years in HR Management with experience in high-performing HR
functions
5+ years leading a global HR or People Operations function
PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP/SCP certification
Proven experience in leading HR functions for a company with 150+
employees
