Job Description:
A company is looking for a HR Senior Generalist to administer
and implement human resources programs and policies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage core HR processes including performance management, talent
management, and employee engagement
Assist in coaching leaders and developing career growth plans for
employees
Support employee relations by advising on performance issues and
conducting investigations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required
3-5 years of experience in a Generalist role within a Human
Resources department
PHR/SPHR certification preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Understanding of federal, state, and local employment
regulations
