Location: Green Bay, WI Shift: 1st Shift Work model: On-Site Schedule: FULLTIME; Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Job overview: Schneider is seeking a Customer Service Intern in Green Bay to provide support to Schneider's Intermodal division. The Customer Service Intern will be responsible for the successful execution and completion of customer orders. Responsibilities: Use a variety of technology and programs to complete tasks. Create and accept customer orders. Schedule appointments for orders. Create documentation throughout the order creation process. Work closely with customer service teammates and leaders. Solve issues for customers. Internship-specific opportunities: Networking events with Schneider associates. Professional skills trainings led by Schneider leaders. Business resource groups meetings and events. Volunteer activities. After-work social gatherings. Skills and qualifications: Currently enrolled at a college or university. Working toward a technical, associate or bachelor's degree. Able to work full-time over the summer. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent time management skills.
