• Your work ethic is proven and you want to go that extra mile. ROLE AND BEHAVIORAL DESCRIPTIONSRequirements:
• Cleans (dust, dry mop, wet mop, sanitize, vacuum, scrub) assigned resident rooms, tub rooms, bathrooms, offices, and common areas, such as public rest rooms, dining room, entryways, laundry room, etc., daily according to facility procedures.
• Respects residents privacy and preferences about room arrangements and personal items. Knocks before entering resident rooms and bathrooms.
• Cleans walls, windows, mirrors, and bathroom fixtures, vacuums, washes tables, removes dust and cob webs from ceilings and ceiling fans, and dusts furniture according to department procedures and cleaning schedules.We do what we commit to we are responsible and accountable
  • We are proactive in talking about and remedying problems and mistakes. We take responsibility for our mistakes. We figure out what happened, then we can find the why and prevent if in the future. We do not dwell on mistakes it is only important that we learn from them and move forward.
