  • 3/3/25 - Ongoing Need
  • Open to a week on/week off. 8am-5pm day shift
  • No Call
  • Clinic and scheduled procedures only
  • APC support in clinic
  • Day 1 orientation, EPIC support
  • Ideally looking for a total of 1.0FTE so with that model, perhaps we could find 2 or 3 providers to rotate
  • Clinic and procedure setting
  • Facility will accept multiple providers
  • Admissions Required
  • Board Certified - Required
  • Fellowship Required
  • ACLS, BLS Required
  • EMR: Epic
