  • Registered Nurse, Medical-Surgical
  • Contract Length: 13 Weeks
  • Start Date: 11/19
  • Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36 hours
  • Primary Location: Waukesha Memorial Hospital
  • Shift Requirements: 12hr NOCs, holiday rotation and every other weekends
  • Minimum Experience: 2 years MS experience required. At least 1 traveler contract completed preferred. Charge Nurse experience REQUIRED for NOCs shift
  • Experience must be short term acute care hospital experience
  • Charting Experience Required: EPIC Required within the last 12 month
  • Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): 4SW Med/Surg, Days 1:4-5 Nights 1:5-6
  • Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates, Strong Documentation skills, able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Scrub Colors: Any
  • Covid-19 Vaccine Required unless Medical or Religious Exemption applies
  • GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed

          • Float Requirements: Candidate may float to Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital, Mukwonago and other like units as needed
          • Float: Employee should not be asked to work outside of his/her Clinical skills unless approved by employee, unit manager, shift advisor, and Staffency. Candidate will be required to float to units and facilities based on census
