• Required Certifications: WI RN License, BLS, ACLS
• NIHSS certification is preferred

  • Registered Nurse at Aspirus Wausau Hospital specializing in Neuro ICU
  • 48 hours per week guaranteed, with overtime after 48 hours worked
  • 12-hour day/night shifts as required
  • Experience in Med/Surg ICU preferred, specifically with strong assessment skills in Neuro
    • Job Requirements
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience with at least 1 travel assignment
    • Must have an active WI RN License, BLS and ACLS certifications
    • NIHSS preferred
    • EPIC charting experience required
      • Schedule Information
      • Start Date: 1/6
      • Shift Requirements: 12 hr day/night variables
      • Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Every other weekend, Every other holiday
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Experience as Neuro Interventionalist is a plus
        • Familiarity with EVDs and ICP monitoring needed
        • Primary case/Procedure Type include Neuro assessments and basic bedside ICU procedures
        • Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well
        • Social candidates who are able to manage independently and complete tasks timely
          • Additional Details
          • Will float between Neuro Critical Care ICU and MSICU units, possible float to other critical care units
          • Orientation week may not guarantee GSA hours
          • Unit may be closed during holidays affecting guaranteed hours
