Job Description:

Summary: Experience nurses are sought for an adult surgical unit with occasional pediatrics, requiring WI license, CPR/BLS, and COVID-19/Flu vaccination, with every other weekend and holiday shifts.

Responsibilities:

  • Administers medications and treatments according to policies and procedures.
  • Documents patient information according to standards of care.
  • Develops patient plans of care based on individualized needs.
  • Participates in performance improvement activities and shared governance.
  • Utilizes clinical expertise to support patients' longitudinal care.
  • Escalates patient safety and experience concerns to the appropriate chain of command.
    Requirements:
    • Current WI license and CPR/BLS certification.
    • Full vaccination for COVID-19 and Flu.
    • Experience in adult surgical and pediatrics units.
      Schedule:
      • Every other weekend and holiday shifts.
      • 12 hours shifts, days, 6:30A-7P.
