Job Description:

We are seeking a Speech/Language Pathologist to evaluate patients and develop effective treatment programs. The ideal candidate will have a M.S. degree in Speech/Language Pathology and hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA, or be eligible for Clinical Fellowship. Vermont State licensure is required. The role involves evaluating patients, developing treatment programs, and maintaining expertise in speech therapy. The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment. Key responsibilities include:
* Evaluating patients and developing treatment programs
* Maintaining a high level of expertise in speech therapy
* Working collaboratively with the Rehab Services Director and Clinical Leads
* Demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Developing and implementing effective treatment plans
* Maintaining accurate records of patient progress
* Participating in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in speech therapy
* Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve patient outcomes
* Ensuring patient confidentiality and maintaining a professional demeanor
* Maintaining current certification in CPR
