Diagnostic Excellence at The University of Vermont Health NetworkAbout the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Medical Sonographer to join our Radiology Team at The University of Vermont Health Network. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of routine, complex, and highly technical procedures using high-frequency ultrasonic waves to diagnose diseases.Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures using advanced equipment and techniques
• Analyze images and results to determine diagnoses and recommend treatment plans
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient careRequirements
  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Graduate of an approved CAHEA/JRCT school of Radiologic Technology or a two-year allied health equivalent
  • ARDMS certification and ARRT preferredPreferred Qualifications
    • 2-3 years of experience in vascular, OB, and small part sonography
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced radiology environmentWhat We Offer
