We're seeking a dedicated Dental Hygiene Specialist to join our team at Janesville Family Dental Care. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience.About the RoleAs a Dental Hygiene Specialist, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our team of dental professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to provide thorough dental hygiene services to patients, ensuring their oral health and overall well-being.Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough dental hygiene exams and procedures, including cleanings, X-rays, and patient education
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Collaborate with our dental team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient practice operations
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and trainingRequirements
  • Current dental hygienist license in WI and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation
  • CPR CertificationPreferred Qualifications
    • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital X-rays, and electronic medical record systems
