Aureus Medical Group - Nursing is a leading provider of nursing services, seeking a highly skilled Nurse Specialist for its Telemetry Unit in Madison, Wisconsin.Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Specialist to join our team. As a Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to patients on the Telemetry Unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Monitor and manage patient vital signs, including ECG and other diagnostic tests.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Conduct patient education and provide discharge instructions to patients and their families.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and contribute to the development of patient care plans.Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the State of Wisconsin.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Telemetry nursing.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • Ability to lift 50-100 pounds.Benefits:
