  • IR Tech position available at Aspirus Wausau Hospital.
  • Fast paced IR unit with a variety of procedures.
  • Work in a team of 1 RN & 2 Rad Techs with an average of 4-6 procedures per day.
    • Job Requirements
    • Minimum experience of 2+ years.
    • Preferred experience in high quality radiologic exams, interventional medical sonography exams, cone beam CT exams, and complex procedures including interventional radiology, vascular interventional, and neuro interventional cases.
    • Experience in Interventional Cath Procedures, Interventional Vascular Procedures, or Interventional Neurology procedures.
    • Charting Experience required: Epic.
      • Schedule Information
      • Contract Length: 13 weeks.
      • Start dates: ASAP.
      • Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 40 hrs.
      • Shift Requirements: 8 hrs flexible typically 7a-4:30p.
      • Float Requirements: Float to other locations in central region if needed.
      • On Call/Call Back Requirements: Call 1x per week and every 4th weekend.
      • Weekend/Holiday Rotation Requirements: For call only, every 4th weekend.
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Unit: Interventional Radiation.
          • Additional Details
          • GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation.
          • Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where the unit is closed.
          • Scrub Colors required: Any colored scrubs.
