Job Description:

Job Summary: Travel Nurse position available in CVICU, part of Thedacare Health System, requiring WI RN, AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, NIHSS certifications, 3 years of RN experience, and 2 years of CVICU experience.

Job Details:

Contract length: 13 weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36hrs
Primary Location: ThedaCare Appleton
Shift Requirements: 12hr Variable Days/NOCs
Weekends: Every other
Holidays: As needed
Education: BSN not required, strongly preferred
Unit Specific Information:
- Unit Details: 22 bed general med/surg ICU with an open heart program
- Patient Population: respiratory failure, STEMI, IABP, Septic Shock, TTM, CRRT, COPD, CHF; Carotid endarterectomies, whipples, AAA
- Ratio 1:2 could increase due to COVID
- Required Skillset: Must have Fresh Heart experience. Phlebotomy skills strongly preferred
  Additional Requirements:
  - No new travelers - at least one completed contract required
  - No travelers from a facility within 50 miles from ThedaCare Corporate - Neenah, WI campus
