Labcorp is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and advancing medical research.We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at Ascension St. Francis in Milwaukee, WI.In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, collecting blood specimens, and representing the company with professionalism.Key Responsibilities:

• Collect blood samples from patients of all ages using venipuncture and capillary techniques
• Process and prepare specimens for testing and analysis
• Enter patient information accurately and efficiently
• Manage billing and payment processes as needed
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and colleaguesRequirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency preferred
  • Previous experience in phlebotomy or a related field is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
