• Certification Details
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Current nursing license with primary source verification
  • Job Details
  • 10 weeks - EOW; EOH; 2 years PCU / Med-Surg Telemetry Acute Care experience required; may need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed
    • Schedule Information
    • 10 weeks contract length
    • EOW (Every Other Week)
    • EOH (Every Other Holiday)
      • Additional Details
      • Must be AHA-certified in BLS and ACLS
      • Nursing only - Michigan hospitals need their licensure verified through LARA not NURSYS
      • Vaccines or Positive IGG Titer required
      • Documentation of vaccination series completion OR documentation of declination to vaccine for Hepatitis B
      • Flu season starts Sept 4th, 2023 for all new travelers
      • Annual Fit Test required
      • Proof of two Varicella vaccines, serological evidence, or verification of varicella or herpes zoster (shingles) by a healthcare provider required
      • Annual Health Statement or physical exam required
      • Tdap vaccine valid for 10 years required
      • Ascension-specific credentials required prior to and during assignment
