• NIH Certification required
• License/Certificate Verification current within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals

      • 12 weeks duration
      • Every Other Weekend (EOW)

        • Unit Specific Information
        • Ascension Unit Specific Checklist Optional for Onboarding, but needs to be uploaded by our Ascension unit leader within a week
        • Ascension Onboarding Requirements Education Attestation - The attestation at the end of the pre-hire 6 hours needs to be uploaded by the Agency
        • Ascension Nursing Contract Worker Onboarding done onsite
          • Additional Details
          • Must be AHA BLS and ACLS certified
          • Nursing only Michigan hospitals need their licensure verified through LARA not NURSYs but you will still upload here
          • Nursys quick confirm verifications should be completed for all APRN, RN's and LPN/LVNs
