A company is looking for a Program Manager, Enterprise Learning
Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional collaboration to align on program goals and
ensure smooth execution
Drive operational excellence by building scalable frameworks for
learning content creation and delivery
Analyze data to monitor program performance and develop KPIs to
measure efficiency and impact
Required Qualifications
Proven experience leading and managing cross-functional programs in
learning solutions or EdTech
Strong project management skills with experience developing
operational frameworks
Experience forecasting budgets and reporting actuals
Ability to lead through influence and engage teams across
departments
Experience with project management tools and the ability to quickly
learn new tools
