Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contract Management Lead to negotiate
agreements and oversee contract operations.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, negotiate, and manage a variety of vendor agreements and
contracts
Support contract management, approval coordination, and database
management
Develop and implement policies and training programs for contract
operations
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in complex contract drafting and
negotiation
At least 5 years of experience with complex Ironclad and
third-party management solutions
Experience working in-house at fast-paced companies
Hands-on program management experience with cross-functional
projects
Strategic thought leadership with sound business acumen
