Client Details Design/Build firm with development and consulting capabilities as well $100m/yr in annual revenue with a focus on sustainable growth Focus on light commercial and retail projects In-house architecture team Culture of autonomy, collaboration, and work-life balance. Description Demonstrate proficiency in leading projects from sales, preconstruction, permitting, design, construction, to closeout, collaborating closely with in-house professionals. Effectively manage all financial aspects of projects. Support the Business Development team in client meetings and sales presentations. Supervise junior team members in estimating and quantity take-offs. Manage multiple projects primarily in a negotiated contract format, focusing on repeat and referred customers. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Collaborate effectively with in-house architects, interior designers, and real estate professionals to deliver turn-key services. Serve as a team leader within the organization.
