Job Duties:

• Drive strategic planning and implementation, adapting to evolving government policies
  
• Develop and execute comprehensive fund development strategies, including a capital campaign
  
• Oversee staff development, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  
• Manage day-to-day operations, budget, and facilities in alignment with organizational goals
  
• Cultivate board relationships and participate in community leadership opportunities
  
  Qualifications:
  
  • 
    
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
    
  • 8+ years of leadership experience, ideally in a non-profit setting
    
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle with appropriate insurance
    
  • Flexibility to work non-standard hours, including evenings and weekends
