Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with leadership to design and implement the Value
Engineering function
Create tailored business cases and ROI assessments for sales
discussions with customers
Contribute to training materials focused on value-based selling for
sales teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or advanced degree in business, marketing, sales, or a
related field
8+ years of experience in value engineering, management consulting,
or a similar strategic role
3+ years of experience in a leadership role
Experience with CRM systems and sales tools
Master's or advanced degree in a related field is preferred
