Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Engineer Office Apps to
support and optimize MS Office Apps initiatives for enterprise
customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct standard product workshops and in-depth product reviews
Act as the primary technical contact for advanced support and
problem resolution
Perform health checks, assessments, and post operational reviews of
product implementations
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of expertise in O365 Office Apps in a support or
consulting role
Experience with Microsoft Office deployment and management using
SCCM
Advanced-level administration and troubleshooting of the O365
Suite
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
5 years of experience working with enterprise customers in
technical support and solution development
