Job Description:
Customer Service Support
Adecco is recruiting for a temporary Customer Service Support
opening in Cottage Grove, WI. If you meet the requirements below,

Job Duties:
* Process service technician claims from around the US and Canada
for payment, claims are submitted via email and fax
* Review work orders by confirming the mileage calculation is
accurate, labor amount is correct, and the product is under
warranty
Job Requirements:
* High school diploma or GED
* At least 1 year recent administrative experience
* Candidate needs to have excellent written communication
skills
* Must be organized, have good time management skills, and accurate
data entry skills
* Proficiency with Windows based software
* Type a minimum of 40 wpm
* Complete a pre-employment background check
This is a temporary position starting in January and lasting
approximately 4 months.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
Pay: $12.50/hr.
